Line the Players up behind the 3 starting points. ( Yellow, Blue & Red )

On the Whistle, Red runs through the Poles or the Ladder (Whichever you prefer).

When Red reaches the last Pole, Blue will play a pass into their path.

Blue will the run around the left marker and approach the penalty area from the far post.

Yellow will run around the right marker and approach the penalty toward the near post and look for either a short ball or a cut back

Red decides on early cross or pull back.

Scale it up.

Add a defender to each cone.

All defenders run as soon as the ball is passed. Crosser needs a good touch and to make a decision on which runner is losing the defender best.
